Deon Health partners with the I/DD community and the providers who serve them. Through collaboration with I/DD support systems—including Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), case managers, and care coordinators—we establish a new paradigm for managed care delivery: data-informed, evidence-based, and anchored in community-based care models.

To eliminate the barriers preventing people with I/DD from accessing the healthcare they need when they need it. 

We advance quality outcomes for the I/DD community by integrating specialized managed care with community-based support systems to deliver coordinated, person-centered care.
